EMBER MESH OR STANDARD MESH
You have the option of choosing between a standard 4mm mesh or a 2mm ember mesh which is specially designed for bushfire prone areas. The ember mesh complies with AS 3959:2018, covering all BAL (Bushfire Attack Levels).

THE RIPPLE EFFECT
When rainwater flows from your roof to your gutters, the invisible skin which allows water to flow as a mass is split by the steel mesh, dropping the water into your gutter. Meanwhile the direction of the mesh allows unwanted leaves and debris to slide freely across.

Customorb, commonly referred to as Corrugated iron has been developed to conform with the same shape as the upper surface of the roof and is done so using our Patended 3D profile. Specialised tooling is used to shape one side of our COLORBOND® steel mesh strips for ease of installation, structural support for your gutters and forms a clean extension of the roofline. All primary COLORBOND® colours are available.
QEMCO's Trimdek product is a 2 Dimensional pre-profiled product manufactured from our expanded COLORBOND® steel mesh. The mesh strips are cropped to conform to the dimensions of the raised ridges.
QEMCO's Spandek product is also a 2 Dimensional pre-profiled product manufactured from our expanded COLORBOND® steel mesh. The mesh strips are cropped to conform to the dimensions of the raised ridges.
Concrete roof tile profiles have been a real challenge for Gutter Protection Systems to develop, as there are many different shapes and sizes.
The three dimensional Patented profiles also require specialised tooling to shape one side of our COLORBOND® steel mesh strips and as there are so many, we have had to develop multiple sets of tooling. Quick and easy to install over the top without having to disturb the roof tiles.

Box gutters come in all different sizes dependent on the roof design. QEMCO custom manufactures our expanded COLORBOND® steel mesh to your specifications and roof profile. Generally the product will have a 90 degree fold up on the gutter edge to attach to a parapet wall.
